Please read carefully. By using this court reservation system and participating in club sports activities, you agree to the following:
You understand that sports and recreational activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment-related injury, and aggravation of pre-existing conditions. You voluntarily assume all such risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless the community, its officers, employees, volunteers, and Club Court Manager / platform operator from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to play within your ability level, follow facility rules, respect other members, and cancel reservations you cannot use. You are responsible for your own health and safety and for consulting a physician before participating if you have medical concerns.
You agree to provide accurate contact information and skill ratings. Misrepresentation may result in suspension from booking.
Your checkbox acceptance is recorded with a timestamp, IP address, and browser information for audit purposes. When terms are updated, you may be asked to accept again before booking.
